Point out something you love about yourself! It can be anything! I love my thighs! They’re meaty and jiggly and big and they do a thing when I sit down that I love!
Please make sure to get out and get some sun! You don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to! Just relax in a chair with a game/book/your phone and let the sun give you those healthy vitamins! ☀️
