I want to point something out in this tweet from Matt Walsh – we all know what a man cave is. It is the space exclusively for the man. Where is the space exclusively for the woman? It isn’t the family room, the shared bedroom, the dining room, and he better as hell not say the kitchen. All of these spaces, every space in the home in fact, is a shared space. Except for the theoretical man cave, which is for the man only.

This reveals what is really going on here – Men having male only spaces is not enough. Even when no one else gets an exclusive space and all other spaces are shared equally it is oppression. Only complete default dominance is acceptable.
